GENERAL INFORMATION

If you are thinking about running for office or helping in a campaign, join our MWPC Campaign Training Workshop. In addition to the skills training, each participant will receive a campaign handbook. Lunch will be provided.
Veteran political campaign trainer and founding chair of the MWPC, Val Muchowski, says, “Women considering a first run for public office and political ‘old hands’ should attend this valuable training to learn how to run to win without costly consultants and media budgets.” Campaign skills training will be taught by MWPC certified trainers: Lynda McClure and Val Muchowski.
“The Leadership & Campaign Training was invaluable to me preparing for my first First District Supervisor campaign. says Carre Brown, Mendocino Supervisor.   “I learned a lot about preparation for candidate interviews, campaign strategies, and Fair Political Practice Commission regulations.”
